Thanks: 3 times

sulfate and trichloroethene.JPG (50kb) downloaded 0 time(s).Hi,

There are false exceedances showing for trichloroethene and sulfate (as SO4) under WHO and NHMRC guidelines on ESdat desktop (for groundwater, see image below). It appears to only have occured recently and is coming up on old lab reports which previously did not experience this issue. All of the guidelines have been copied from the guidelines provided on ESdat, however the criteria for both the manual guidelines and ESdat guidelines have been entered under the same conditions. Please let me know how this can be fixed and if you need more information. With thanks, Mikala

Hi Mikala,

It looks like the guideline value has been setup as a min rather than a max: i.e it is highlighting results less than the value.

If you look in the Env Standard setup, I suspect that the Action Level will be populated in the Min box rather than the Max box.

Fixing this in your standards should resove the issue.

I recommend having a look at our user manual if you need an example of how to configure this: https://ESdat.net/ESdat_Online_Help/index.html?action-levels.htm

Thanks,

Nick
