Hi there,

Both my self and my colleague are having script issues when adding chem names to both tables and graphs, and the page is freezing each time we try to search for a chem name. I've tried chrome and microsoft edge and the problem continues, so seems to be a program error

Hi Jono,

Have you applied a Project or Site filter?  This is now set in the grey bar above the report separate from the other filters.  This should be done before applying any other filters.

If you haven't done this, the Chemistry filter will be searching every Project you have permissions to to build the Chem list.  This could be quite large, and might be a culprit of the issue you are encountering.

Also, if you just let the page sit (i.e. don't click anything), does the list eventally load?  I have had this happen before, and after waiting approximately 10 seconds everything loads as expected.

Hi Nick, Yes I have applied the project filter and it doesn't make a difference. The chem list is taking over a minute to load, and then the page freezes when you try to search, loads for a minute and then will show the chem name you've searched. It's a very tedious process when you need to add in 20+ chem names. This problem also only started yesterday - last week everything was loading fine.

Could you please provide a screen shot of the page(s) you are adding the chem names to as well as the URL address in the browser and I will take a closer look for you.  Also let me know which chem name(s) you are trying to add as well.

Thanks for that. I've sent through the URL and screenshot.

Chem names include pH (Field), DO % Saturation (Field), Electrical Conductivity (field), Total  Phosphorus as P (Organic Phosphate as P), Sulfate as SO4 - Turbidimetric (filtered), Ammonia as N, Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Chloride, Chemical Oxygen Demand, Nitrate (as N), Nitrogen (Total), Sodium (filtered), Total Suspended Solids (Lab), Total Organic Carbon, Aluminium (filtered), Arsenic (filtered), Cadmium (filtered), Calcium (filtered), Chromium (III+VI) (filtered), Copper (filtered), Iron (filtered), Lead (filtered), Magnesium (filtered), Manganese (filtered), Mercury (filtered), Nickel (filtered), Potassium (filtered), Zinc (filtered).

I’ve had to resort to just scrolling through the chem list and adding them, as that is quicker than letting the site load for a minute between each chem.

Hi Jono,

Our tech team has put a fix in and I can verify the list is loading as expected now. 

Can you check and let us know if you are still having problems.
