Thanks: 2 times

Hi, is it possible to allow users other than admin (say a scheduler) to upload and edit environmental standards on the server version of ESdat?

There is an option to allow other users (such as schedulers) to have read and write permission under Authorisations/Administration/Guidelines Management but this only appears to allow them to view the environmental standards.

Could you please direct me to where I can allow users other than admin to import and edit environmental standards in the server version?

Cheers,

Jason

Hi Jason,

This is something that we're aware of and are currently developing the concept of "Owners" for Env Standards (the same as we have for Chem Profiles).

This will allow any user to copy existing standards and have edit rights to them.

It also means that you can still have "global" standards that only Admins (or specific Owners) can modify.

We're working on this now, and it should be in an update to ESdat Server in the next couple of months.
