If I generate a non-updatable graph of concentrations, I can show multiple standards (with appropriate legend entries) and a sheet showing the environmental standards is generated.

If I generate an updatable graph, it will show only one standard (labelled "trigger" in the legend) and no sheet of environmental standards is generated.

Is it possible to generate updatable graphs that include multiple standards, or is this feature not available in ESdat Desktop?

Hi Nick,

No, you can't generate updatable graphs with multiple standards (shown separately).  I believe this is due to the way Excel needs to fetch new data from the database.

As you've observed, you'll need to generate a non-updateable chart to get the multiple standards to show.

The Chem Graphs in Data View in the Server Web Interface will also allow you to show multiple standards on a graph.  Since Server v3.9, these graphs also have much more interactivity as described in our user manual here: https://ESdat.net/ESdat_Server_Help/index.html?chemistry_graph.htm

Thanks,
