Adding columns to exceedances

Is it possible to add columns to the exceedances in data view? I want to add the comments associated with a chem code for an env standard so that I can then filter based on the comments. The plan is to create a custom env standard and in the comments of each chem code to give that standard a "low reliability", "modertae reliability" etc based on whether the standard is reliable or not. So when I create an exceedance report I can filter for those standards that are highly reliable based on the comment.

Hi Jono,
Just to confirm, you're refering to this report?
Exceed.PNG (130kb) downloaded 1 time(s).

Yes that's what I am referring to Nick. I want to add a column to that report which has the comments associated with the chem code/env standard so I can filter those comments based on the reliability of the standard. I got the idea when I saw this https://www.ESdat.net/ES...erver_Help/clip4197.png. In that image you can see the comments with "low reliability" etc.

Hi Jono,
Unfortunately adding that column is not something that can be done quickly, as the report is used in several locations within ESdat, and also linked to Lab Upload notifications.
However, we do see the merit in showing the comments and it is something we will look at implementing in a future update.
To address your immediate need, you could achieve a similar outcome by having three separate Environmental Standards with the reliability included in the name.
For example, instead of having just "ANZG (2018) Freshwater 95% toxicant DGVs" (which I would retain), you could also create additional standards called "ANZG (2018) Freshwater 95% toxicant DGVs - low reliability", "ANZG (2018) Freshwater 95% toxicant DGVs - moderate reliability", etc...
These standards could include only the relevant reliability values, and would allow you to filter in the Exceedance report the way you want.
It also means that you could use those standards in the Chem Table, allowing you to highlight your results differently based on the reliability if that was something you wanted to do.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Nick

Thanks Nick. It'll be great if this feature gets updated in the future. What you suggested in creating multiple environmental standards for the various "reliabilities" is what we were planning to do. Thanks for your comments.
