Hi there,

I am having issues moving ESdat license from one computer to another.

I have followed the steps here: https://ESdat.net/downloads/Moving%20an%20ESdat%20Licence.pdf

and am getting stuck with emailing your support address: support@escls.com.au to obtain the license code for the new computer. I've got the new PC name, System Code and username.

Hi,

Can you please elaborate on how you're getting stuck?

Once you complete the delicencing process on the existing PC, all you should need to do is paste the screencapture fromt that process and the details of the new PC you referenced below into an email and send them to that email address.  You will then get further instructions on how to complete the licencing.

I see I forgot to mention the email is bouncing back each time.

Please send it to:

support@escis.com.au

(You have an l in escis instead of the i).
