Hello, I've created a plan for Monitoring Round, but I can't see how to get it to automatically schedule every month. I'm sure it can be done, but I can't see how!!

Hello, To do that you need to go to Monitoring Rounds - Schedules, and set up how frequently you want it to occur and other details.
You can set a "Monitoring Round Base Template" for the schedule (ie the locations, analytes etc..) based on the existing Monitoring Round you have already set up. See https://www.ESdat.net/ESdat_Online_Help/schedule_details.htm Edited by user Wednesday, July 26, 2023 4:35:20 PM(UTC)

Hi, Similar to this, I have a weekly round running, however once a month I do a larger round instead. I then have to cancel the relevant weekly round. Is there any way of automatically deleting that round?

Hello, Yes, to do this you can "Co-Schedule" your weekly and monthly round. The weekly round that falls at the same time as your monthly round will be automatically removed from the schedule so only the monthly round is scheduled on that week. Alex
