Data viewed through ESdat can be viewed as a text / tab or MIF file in MapInfo.

The data can be viewed either with all attributes (Text File export), or with Stacked Labels (MIF export).

The stacked labels in the MIF export may sometimes need resizing.  As an alternative, it is also possible to export the map data to a SHP file from the GIS Window in ESdat.  SHP files can be read by the newer versions of MapInfo.
