Hi,

A monitoring round has been auto-scheduling without fail for a year but has stopped.

I have four different monitoring rounds which auto-generate. The other three were started later (so haven't run for a full year yet) but are still generating.

How can I make it generate again, without making a whole identical new monitoring round up?

Hi Phoebe,

Your monitoring round schedule most likely has an end date set on the details page which has now past.

If you edit the end date in the schedule to a day in the future the monitoring rounds should auto create again.

I would suggest also checking your other schedules to ensure that monitoring rounds continue to be created.

If you need to manually create a monitoring round for a particular schedule you can do this from the Scheduled Dates tab on the Schedule details page.

Regards

Kimberley

Hi Phoebe,

Can we have a screenshot of the Scheduled date tab? Also, will you please check if the monitoring round status is set as active?

Thank you,

Claire

Where do I check for/set the active status of monitoring rounds?

None of the monitoring rounds for Casey have appeared in the 'your active' tab since November 2024

See attached for screen shots.

Thanks,

Phoebe

Hi Phoebe,

Based on how the LSPECS is currently set-up, as long as there’s an end date, you can modify the schedules (extend schedules, change frequency) and it will reflect in the list of schedules. But if it’s left as blank upon setting it up, it will only generate schedules for a fixed year.

The best workaround for this scenario is to create a new schedule and monitoring round for the project.

In the long run, it is best to not leave the end date as blank so you can apply changes to it in future use without having to create new set of schedules and monitoring round for an ongoing project.

Thank you,

Claire
