Hi, When I try to import laboratory files I am getting an error message saying 'Lab Reports Import Failed.' The error is appearing after selecting the laboratory data to open. It is occuring for all jobs (old and new) and even the tutorial files. Previous to this there has been no issue importing the laboratory data. Anyone know whats causing this and how to rectify it. Thanks laurenh attached the following image(s): error message.jpg (170kb) downloaded 14 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

Hi, I'm having the exact same problem. Strange that there would be no error message as to why it's not accepting the file. Not sure if certain labs' formatting are causing it to throw an exception? Any suggestions appreciated. Matti

Hello, If you are having this problem try updating ESdat to the current version. Older versions may not work with the more recent ESdat 5 lab files. If you continue to have problems contact support. support@ESdat.com.au Warwick
